This piece marks the official start of her writing career. When she was in the third grade, she authored this masterpiece alongside Scottish illustrator and great aunt, Fiona Macintosh. With the help of her amazing mother, they published several copies to distribute to family members, friends and teachers – anyone who was willing to take a children's book written by a child. This was only the start. Ever since, she has been chasing the same "best-selling author" euphoria and title that her naive self had imagined and assumed back in 2008.
